Sarah L. Newell Joins Gibson Watson Marino LLC

GWM is pleased to welcome our newest attorney, Sarah L. Newell. Sarah has been in private practice, practicing bankruptcy law since 2002. She is admitted to the Kansas and Missouri State Bars. She represents both debtors and creditors. Prior to private practice, she clerked for Judge John K. Pearson and Judge Robert E. Nugent.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in 1996 and her Juris Doctorate in 1998, both from the University of Kansas.
She currently practices in the areas of bankruptcy, collections and family law. She resides in Wichita with her husband and three children.

Nolan Wright joins Gibson Watson Marino LLC

GWM is pleased to welcome our newest associate attorney, Nolan Wright. Nolan is originally from Wichita, Kansas and recieved his B.S.W. from the University of Kansas. Nolan graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2018. Nolan interned for Judge Eric F. Melgren with the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and was a staff articles editor on the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. We are excited to welcome Nolan as part of our growing team dedicated to meeting our clients' diverse legal needs.

Wichita Business Journal July 27, 2018: GWM Managing Partner, Michelle Watson,  selected to participate in 2018 Career Woman program. Michelle will provide ideas and feedback in a series of roundtable discussions with other business leaders and the Wichita Business Journal.

June 21, 2018: GWM attorney, Richard A. Samaniego, was appointed by the Kansas Supreme Court to serve on the Kansas Child Support Guidelines Advisory Committee. The Kansas Child Support Guidelines are the basis for establishing and reviewing child support in Kansas. The child support scheduled are adopted by the Kansas Supreme Court on the recommendation of the Kansas Child SUpport Guidelines Committe.
